Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Vng Basket, we value your trust and strive to provide only the best products and services. While we take utmost care in processing and delivering your orders, we understand that issues may sometimes arise. Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or personal use items
- Customized or made-to-order products

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under specific conditions:

You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
There may be minor color variations in fabrics due to lighting and screen differences. Please note that such variations do not qualify for exchange, return, or refund.
A full video proof of the parcel opening is mandatory, starting from the address label on the package up to the defective or incorrect product shown clearly. Without video proof, exchanges cannot be accepted.
If approved, the replacement product will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

We have a strict no-refund policy.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind, minor color differences, or size/fit issues.
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where the exact product cannot be replaced due to being out of stock or discontinued.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Important Guidelines

Ensure you record a parcel opening video to be eligible for exchange claims.
Products returned to us without following the above guidelines will not be accepted.
Vng Basket reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet our conditions.
