Shipping Timelines

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable for orders below ₹499.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it using the tracking link shared via email/SMS.
  • You can also check the status of your order through the “Track Order” option available on our website.

Packaging & Delivery

  • All items are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
  • If your parcel appears to be tampered with, please do not accept it and immediately inform our support team.

Important Guidelines

  • Ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delays.
  • VNG Basket is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, courier issues, or events beyond our control (like natural calamities or strikes).
  • Delivery will be attempted at the address provided at checkout. If undelivered due to unavailability, customers may need to bear additional re-shipping charges.
